Pillbox hat!!

Today I made a pillbox hat from scratch!! I had no pattern, just looked at images online and made it yayyyy!!!!! First image is one of me modeling the hat.

This is looking at it from center left. I made the bow also.
Lastly is an overall view of the hat.

Happy Valentines Day!! The red part actually used to be part of my ren. fest. dress which I took apart and made into a valentines day dress the shirt and front panel I made from scratch in less than 2 days, wheeww!! I did have a crown on that was a heart but I seemed to have taken it off as well as my shoes by the time I took pictures. I guess I'm the barefoot Queen! ~_*

Ice Queen/ Snow Queen

This is a dress that I made really fast for Christmas. I know it's about 2 months late but you know what they say, "better late than never!" so without further a due....the dress!
I had a zipper closure in the back for easy and fast dressing. I made the sleeves from a netting with snowflakes printed on it with glitter!! I had so much fun wearing this to work but had to clean up after myself before I left as I had a glitter trail everywhere I went. :) The crown that I'm wearing I bought from the Costume Shop. I LOVE that place!!
I put cut out snowflakes in my hair and stings of pearls to look like snow falling. The fur on the cuff of the sleeves is also on the bottom hem of the dress which now looking back I realize that I didn't get a picture of!

Eyeshadow over one of the cutout snowflakes in my hair made the design you see on my face. I also used eyelash glue to put the diamonds on my face. I'm not sure how well it shows up but my hair is frosted white to look like I just came from a snow storm.
